Triangle Networks CEO Appointed to Board of Federation of Communication Services (FCS)
Paul Anslow, CEO and founder of Bristol-based Triangle Networks, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Communication Services (FCS), helping to support providers as they drive the UK’s communications industry forward.
Paul Anslow, CEO and founder of Bristol-based Triangle Networks, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Communication Services (FCS), helping to support providers as they drive the UK’s communications industry forward.
Anslow’s appointment underscores the growing influence of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) community in national telecoms policy, at a time when regulatory changes and the looming national switch to all-IP networks are transforming the sector.
The FCS is the UK’s not-for-profit industry association for professional voice and data communication providers, championing innovation, fair access, and regulatory clarity across the sector. Anslow joins the Board to support the representation of MSPs, a vital but often underrepresented part of the telecoms landscape, ensuring they have a voice in regulatory and policy developments.
With over two decades in the business-to-business (B2B) telecoms sector, Anslow brings a unique regional perspective shaped by his deep roots in Bristol. He founded Triangle Networks over 20 years ago and has overseen its evolution from a traditional telephony company into a leading SME internet service provider delivering high-performance connectivity solutions for businesses across the UK. Triangle Networks has quickly established itself as both a trusted partner, bridging the gap between key changes in the industry and translating those to be easily understood.
Notably, he was instrumental in launching CityFibre’s network in Bristol for the B2B market in 2016, a key milestone in expanding full-fibre infrastructure across the region and the digital boom which has followed.
Paul Anslow, CEO of Triangle Networks added “The FCS has provided crucial support to Triangle throughout the 12 years that we’ve been members. Our commitment to fairness and compliance requires significant resources, something we, and many smaller providers, don’t always have in abundance.”
In his new role, Anslow will focus on bringing regulatory navigation and helping MSPs understand and meet the evolving compliance landscape, including Ofcom’s focus on full-fibre infrastructure for the benefit of the UK.
David Alldritt, FCS Chair commented: “The high-calibre new directors bring industry experience and currency, and those attributes are essential if we are to remain relevant and effective in the work we do for our members.
“I’m sure that they will also bring fresh perspectives along with their expertise.”
Triangle increases its addressable Business FTTP market by 700% on CityFibre full fibre platform
Wholesale full fibre distributor, Triangle Networks, is pleased to announce that its ultra-fast and reliable fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) services will be available to businesses across 57 cities in England through its partnership with the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform, CityFibre.
The partnership will see Triangle increase the addressable market for its wholesale partners by 700%, enabling them to seize the rapidly growing opportunity to serve tens of thousands of small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) across the country. Triangle has partnered with CityFibre since 2016.
This new product opens up affordable full-fibre connectivity to a new segment of SMBs which have been hindered by the limitations of slower, less reliable, copper-based services. By contrast, FTTP transforms SMBs’ connectivity performance experience and provides greater reliability confidence thanks to symmetrical ultra-fast upload and download speeds, crystal clear VoIP services and an 8-hour business hour repair SLA.
Meeting the changing ways businesses are working, from the adoption of cloud-based services to the provision of guest Wifi, FTTP provides the always-on, stable, resilient and future-proof connectivity businesses need.
Triangle Networks CEO, Paul Anslow, said:
“We’re delighted to be opening up our Business FTTP product nationwide. At Triangle, we’re passionate about working with our partners to help as many businesses as possible access the transformational power of full-fibre connectivity. By leveraging CityFibre’s entire network platform in England, our partners will be able to deliver full-fibre connectivity to any business regardless of size.”
“We are thrilled that Triangle is expanding its Business FTTP offering across our national network”, said Andrew Wilson, Sales Director, Wholesale Channel at CityFibre. “Our fibre network is purpose-built for the data age, one that enables connections so quick and reliable
they can be taken for granted. We look forward to extending our work with Triangle and its partners to service businesses who are looking for a connection that will last for generations to come.”

Lightning-fast Internet connectivity is coming to the high street
The last two years have seen a big shift toward the hybrid business model in the small business sector, with online trading becoming an integral part of many independent retailers’ business plans. Businesses had to react quickly to the pandemic by setting up online stores in addition to offering the traditional shop-front service. Gift shops found it was the only way to move stock, estate agents offered video show-arounds, and food and drink outlets shifted towards doorstep deliveries.
With a new reliance on ‘digital’, for the first time, fast and reliable Internet connectivity became a key consideration for small businesses such as these. That’s why Triangle Networks has developed its new Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) for Business service, which is currently being rolled out in locations across the country - Milton Keynes, Leicester, Swindon, Cheltenham and Gloucester, with new launches planned in Bath, Weston-super-Mare and Plymouth early this year. This new product opens up affordable, full-fibre connectivity to smaller businesses that were previously only able to access unreliable copper and part-fibre services.
Business FTTP is a crucial step forward in the full-fibre revolution. Previously, most small businesses had no choice but to run their operations using a sub-standard copper-based connection. Now, for a similar price, these businesses will be able to access ultra-fast full-fibre services which will support them as we move further into the gigabit era.
Working with a number of UK cities current network of IT businesses, we’re offering lightning-fast internet connectivity for a fraction of the previous cost so that high street businesses can achieve their full potential. This is welcome news to all, but particularly those that have seen their bottom line hit by ongoing restrictions.
Previously, most businesses would pay upwards of £400 per month for a 100Mbps full-fibre ethernet service, or £199 per month on CityFibre's existing metro networks. Now, Triangle have introduced a 900Mbps internet service over CityFibre's new FTTP network costing less than £100 per month for businesses to access. Businesses will be able to afford state-of-the-art digital connectivity to underpin their operations, whilst making cost savings of between £2-4k per year.
With a shift towards supporting local businesses such as cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, there is an increasing demand for ultrafast wireless internet access. The findings of The Allegra Group’s 2021 Impact of Coffee survey revealed that 65% of people would visit local coffee shops over the coming months to support them as they bounce back from the pandemic, with 68% of people agreeing that supporting local coffee shops was important when deciding where to drink their coffee.
But trends are going in two ways, although there has been a huge rise in restaurant, cafe and bar use for work, there has also been a dramatic increase in ‘ordering in’ and online shopping. 580,000 restaurants are using Just Eat worldwide and 140,000 are connected to Deliveroo. Deliveroo’s consumer base reached an average of 7.8 million monthly active consumers in the second quarter of 2021. Also, Tech UK reported that consumer trends toward shopping online have also been accelerated with a quarter (25.5%) of all UK retail sales in August 2021 made online, up from 18.1% in August 2019.
With shopping habits changing and huge competition from large e-commerce companies, it's clear that for the small high street business adapting to combine the physical and digital experience for customers is more than essential. Clearly, reliable internet is now critical.
If you are ready for your business to be part of the full-fibre revolution, contact Triangle on sales@trianglenetworks.co.uk. If FTTP is not yet in your area, then Triangle can register your interest and let you know when this is available.

Fibre-up for success: How to stay relevant in the commercial property market
By Bob Irwin, Sales Director, Triangle Networks
Staying relevant in a changing market, that’s the challenge for any and every business, it always has been, and it always will be. But right now, the commercial property market is undergoing one of the most significant periods of upheaval in living memory.
COVID changed everything, we know that and there’s no benefit gained from going over this same ground time after time. But we’re now in a position where those in the commercial property sector are faced with some stark realties and this change is something that the sector must be very reactive to.
Home and hybrid working removed the need for shared spaces and organisations. Now if companies are feeling as though their investments in office spaces aren’t paying dividends, they will leave. This presents a challenge for property professionals to make their portfolios as commercially viable as possible.
There are all kinds of thought pieces and predictions being made around purchasing strategies, the benefits of four-day weeks and the amalgamation of multiple spaces into joint collaborative spaces. But what I find interesting, is that people aren’t talking about connectivity.
Connectivity is a fool proof way of ensuring the commercial viability of a space for years to come. You can have the finest building, in the most buzzing cosmopolitan part of town and all the free tea, coffee and networking sessions in the world. But if that building isn’t pre-wired with a bulletproof internet connection, then who’s going to want to work there in this day and age?
Whether it’s static or hybrid, the modern workforce now needs two key things. It needs stability and it needs flexibility. While on first glance these may feel like opposing forces, they are in fact two sides of the same coin. You need stability to be flexible and you need flexibility to be stable. The best and most futureproof way of achieving this through installing gigabit full-fibre cabling.
If you can market your property as gigabit ready, you’re already adding value for potential tenants. Not to forget significantly upping the value for your existing ones – you’ve got to keep those existing customers happy!
Keeping those tenants happy is then going to help you secure more longer-term rental. As it’s giving those workers the tools they need to be flexible and stable. Increased virtual collaboration, for example, puts massive strain on internet usage. But with full-fibre, that’s not a problem.
Then you’ve got your ‘landlord’ costs. As a property manager, building owner or landlord, pre-wiring your buildings with full-fibre reduces solicitor costs for wayleaves – keeping yours and your tenants’ costs down. There’s also no monthly cost until services go live – this mitigates the risk placed on the landlord. In the case you have empty units for a period, you don’t have to pay for the connection. The infrastructure is just sat there waiting for the tenant when the do arrive.
Then when they do arrive, there’s a shorter lead time for making the connection live, meaning tenants can just move in and get on with things!
That last point, that’s the ultimate freedom for the workforce, the ability to perform their day to day completely uninterrupted. Whether that’s in a permanent office, a shared space, a collaboration hub, if you’re building gives people the means to get to work seamlessly, without hassle or interruption… that’s the golden ticket.

Marsh Barton businesses join the Gigabit revolution
Businesses in Marsh Barton can now access affordable full-fibre internet services thanks to a roll-out project from telecoms provider Triangle Networks and full-fibre infrastructure builder, CityFibre.
Previously, with access to full-fibre in Exeter’s largest trading estate both limited and cost prohibitive, local businesses had been calling out for better internet connectivity. Today, Triangle Networks is delivering gigabit-capable internet services to businesses across the park, using CityFibre’s state-of-the-art network. The new network extends to reach all 500 businesses in the area, covering 1.2 square miles.
Companies like South West Nissan are now connected to the network in Marsh Barton and are already experiencing the benefits of running their business operations at gigabit speed.
Shaun Grist, Group IT Manager at Wellington Motor Group, the holding company for South West Nissan, said: “Most of our apps are now hosted or online and our workshop staff need to upload a lot of data. This used to take a while on the previous leased line but now it’s no issue. With a gigabit each way, there’s plenty of room to manoeuvre. I never have to worry that the Exeter branch is going to complain that the connection is too slow!”
Josh Butler, Triangle’s partnership manager in Exeter, said: “In a post-COVID landscape, reliable, high speed internet connectivity becomes evermore essential. With an increasingly hybrid and remote workforce, it’s critical that businesses’ online tools and applications are reliable and easily accessible 24/7. I’m delighted that Triangle and our IT partners are now able to support businesses across Marsh Barton and ensure they have the connections they need to develop and thrive.”
Triangle Networks is working with local IT providers across Exeter to connect businesses in Marsh Barton and beyond to full-fibre. Fibrehop is landing soon in Swindon!
Swindon will soon be able to boast some of the country’s best internet connectivity, thanks to the arrival of Fibrehop!
We'll be bringing world-class internet connectivity to Swindon for just £36 per month. Fibrehop uses CityFibre’s new state-of-the-art full-fibre network to deliver a lightning-fast connection to homes. Unlike ‘superfast’ part-fibre, part-copper broadband, Fibrehop provides only 100% pure fibre.
This means ultra-fast, ultra-reliable broadband - that’ll stand up to even the most data-hungry households. With a focus on providing uncomplicated broadband service and unparalleled customer service, Paul Anslow, Fibrehop founder and CEO, explains:
“Fibrehop was created as an alternative to the big broadband providers. We have one product, one price and one speed… everything the user needs, with nothing they don’t.
“Our aim is to help communities become better connected. We want to provide the best possible broadband service to our customers. We can only achieve this by listening directly to their needs and getting feedback on their user experience. Which is exactly what we’ll be doing in Swindon!”
Firehop will be available first in Stratton, Gorse Hill, Pinehurst and the surrounding areas, with further areas going live in line with CityFibre’s network roll-out.
Neil Madle, City Manager for CityFibre in Swindon, added: “We’re delighted to be working with Fibrehop to offer people the opportunity to access the full fibre network we have been building in Swindon.
“We’ve made real strides in bringing state-of-the-art digital connectivity to homes since beginning our build and look forward to even more of the local community having access to fast and reliable digital connectivity in the near future.”
We're now inviting residents across Swindon to register their interest online before Tuesday 31 August to get their first month free when they sign up.
Residents can register their interest for Fibrehop at fibrehop.com/swindon
Fibrehop is expanding to reach seven new towns and cities!
Following a successful launch of Fibrehop in Milton Keynes, we are now announcing the expansion of its full-fibre home broadband services to residents in seven more towns and cities as part of our long-established partnership with CityFibre.
With Fibrehop, we have been offering a single, symmetrical Gigabit-fibre broadband package to residents in Milton Keynes over CityFibre’s new state-of-the-art network since February. Fibrehop's early success has now triggered its expansion to residents in Cheltenham and Gloucester in the coming months, with Swindon, Leicester, Weston-super-Mare Bath, and Plymouth following later in the year.
As Triangle, we have been delivering internet services to businesses across the Midlands, South East and South West since 2004 and were CityFibre’s original business launch partner in Bristol in 2016.
Paul Anslow, our CEO, said: “Having launched Fibrehop in Milton Keynes earlier this year, we’ve seen how strong the demand is for fast, reliable and affordable full fibre broadband and this has given us the confidence to expand our offering across seven more towns and cities to reach over 600,000 homes across the UK.
“With so many businesses now reliant on employees working from home, ensuring they have access to a fast and reliable connection is critical to maintain productivity and support an agile workforce. Fibrehop at home will complement great connectivity at the office and continue to enable Triangle and our partners support businesses across the Midlands and the South.”
Rob Hamlin, Chief Commercial Officer at CityFibre, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Triangle’s expansion of their Fibrehop service across seven new markets so soon after launching in Milton Keynes. As a CityFibre partner, Triangle has long been at the forefront of the Full Fibre revolution and this news will bring even greater choice of faster and more reliable broadband services to hundreds of thousands of homes.
“The enthusiasm of ISPs to join our networks underlines the importance and impact of digital infrastructure competition. With access to the most competitive wholesale products over a rapidly expanding national footprint, this is a major opportunity for ISPs to win market share while also driving benefits for consumers.”

Would you challenge Triangle? We're looking for local businesses to challenge us and raise money for local charities!
We've supported local charity, Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) for a number of years and continue to do so with our new initiative, Challenge Triangle.
We'd like to throw down the gauntlet and ask other businesses to challenge us to any contest, where the losing team donates £50 to the winning team’s charity of choice.
Bob Irwin, our Sales Director, said: “At Triangle, we’re a bit competitive and we love a challenge. We’d like to invite any companies that are brave enough to pick a battle, put together a team and go head-to-head with us. We’re looking forward to some friendly competition, doing some good for the local community and raising money and awareness for the heroes at Children’s Hospice South West!”
So far, we've taken part in a step challenge with product design company Quantum Metric and a number of Jaffa Cake eating competitions with businesses across the South West. Future plans include a 6-a-side football match against full-fibre network builder CityFibre, a game of dodgeball with events company MediaClash and a softball game with co-working space Origin Workspace.
Amanda Gallagher, Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser at CHSW, said: “There are a variety of ways companies can help support good causes, but perhaps none quite as creative as that by Triangle Networks. It’s a bit of a cliché, but they really are putting the ‘fun’ in fundraising! We’re excited to see who will rise to the challenge and go up against them next.”
If you’d like to Challenge Triangle, please get in touch with Bob at bob.irwin@trianglenetworks.co.uk

Kick-starting 2021!
This month Triangle, for the first time, joined the UK’s most impactful channel providers on the shortlist for the Comms Business Awards, a prestigious event in the communications channel calendar. What a start to 2021!
It was a real honour to be recognised alongside some great operators in the distributor of the year category, and that we are building towards a leading position within the industry.
Triangle’s innovative approach is a breath of fresh air for many, who want more support from their provider, which includes joint marketing campaigns and demand building. Demand mapping that helps Triangle extend the reach of its key partner provider, CityFibre.
If you’d have told me this time last year, what was about to unfold I simply wouldn't have believed you. While we may not have picked up the top prize this week - I couldn't be more proud of my team. For their results and most importantly their efforts, during what has been an immensely difficult year.
You all might have seen a little less of Bob Irwin in person over the last 12 months, but let's face it, a pandemic isn't going to slow a man like Bob down. His enthusiasm is contagious (the good kind) and he’s instilled this belief and enthusiasm across the entire sales force.
Jamie and Dan have been forging new partnerships in an entirely virtual ecosystem. Opening up new parts of the country to the potential of gigabit connection and the full fibre revolution. Helen has been making herself known in and around Leicester and we recently brought on Josh who’ll be the face of Triangle in Exeter. Exciting times ahead!
As for this coming year we’ve got some hugely exciting and really ground-breaking projects in the pipeline which you’ll all be finding out about very soon. New cities, new services and new opportunities for a new way of working and living.
Now onto Feb...
Our thoughts: Putting the power back into your hands
Turn it off, turn it back on. The tried and true way to fix any connectivity problem... But when that doesn’t work, what’s next?
The internet and all of the apps that we use within it have always been a bit ambiguous, haven’t they? A complete God-send when they’re working and a total mine-field when they’re not.
Often, when something is wrong with your business’s digital services, the first point of blame has to be the internet connection itself. An employee gets on the phone to IT managers or the internet service provider and asks them why their email, Google Drive or Microsoft Teams accounts are down. And, when they say there is no problem with the internet connection itself, the next step always seems a bit unclear.
A big problem here is that, all too often, big name companies are too quick to pass the buck when it comes to connectivity problems. They may say a problem is elsewhere, but in truth it’s their problem… they’re just not being transparent about it.
Understanding our connectivity needs and the issues that can come of them should not be this difficult and we, as the providers of these services, need to lift the veil for our customers, bringing transparency into the heart of what we do.
Being on the phone trying to sort out an issue costs money. But being on the phone, trying to sort out the wrong issue, is just wasteful. It’s a waste of time and resources for both provider and customer alike.
So, with the help of our partners at SeeThru Networks, we’re allowing our customers to understand the status of all of their digital providers, including internet connectivity so they can have a better understanding of the digital services they use and how to fix the issues that are bound to come up.
At Triangle Networks, we truly believe that the customer should be in control of every aspect of their business, including their internet connectivity needs and issues.
We believe the customer should hold the provider accountable, while feeling confident and empowered enough to demand us to be better, should we be performing otherwise. They should be able to do that with all of the digital services we don’t supply either; Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Drive for example.
Our new SeeThru app puts status indicators for all of these services into the palms of our customers’ hands, streamlining their troubleshooting process and holding everyone accountable to provide better service.
We’ve always done things a little bit differently, we’re relationship builders first, internet providers second. We understand the communities we build in and are rooting for our customers to accelerate their businesses and we want to put the power into their hands, to give them an honest view of their services and the means to demand for the best from us, and we promise, we will rise to the challenge.
Our thoughts: It's time for us all to own our digital transformation choices...
Paul Anslow, managing director at Triangle Networks, explains that when it comes to bringing digital integration to the workplace, success cannot be achieved without commitment and total ownership from within your organisation.
Digital transformation and with it change readiness are two pandemic hot topics right now, but frankly we’ve talked so much about covid this last few months it's all becoming a bit repetitive. The truth is, businesses have needed to digitally adapt since way before covid hit.
Those who succeeded in adopting digitisation did so because they took ownership of the matter from the outset. By contrast, many others didn’t enjoy the benefits because they tried to shift the responsibility to the feet of others.
On a fundamental level, digital integration is simple. You must first build the foundations of solid connectivity before the shiny edifices on top. There’s no point in investing in state-of-the-art cloud systems if you haven't the connectivity to cope with it.
The lack of these foundations is something I see all too often. But what is even more staggering to me is business leaders and heads of industry, effectively burying their heads in the sand, refusing to acknowledge that their digital misgivings are caused by their own indecision.
One of the most common arguments I hear day-to-day is that full fibre is some great unattainable goal. I hear all kinds of reasons; ‘we can’t get full fibre because there are no grants’, or ‘there’s no existing infrastructure’ or ‘our building manager makes connectivity decisions so it’s out of our hands’.
But none of this is true.
Starting with grants, they exist, and they have done for a while now. Even if you need help finding them, ask me or one of my team and we’ll lead you right to them!
Triangle Networks is an infrastructure demand builder. We bring connectivity to the places that don't have it. We can build a network anywhere your business needs it and we can do it quickly, too.
If you’re in a position where you’re in an FM governed business park, then collaborate and get together with fellow businesses. Doorstep, have meetings and do what you need to do to lobby for it… it’s up to you to make it happen.
Anyone who’s had a long conversation with me, has more than likely heard me use the phrase ‘join the full fibre revolution.’ See, the word revolution is the most important word in there, because it can only happen when people make the decision to actively change something.
A business revolution is no different to a societal one. If you want to affect change, only you can do that.
So, what I’m saying is if you want full fibre connectivity and all of the rewards of digital integration it brings with it… the only thing stopping you from getting it is you!
Our thoughts: New office expectations - are you ready for the new normal?
After three months in lockdown, restrictions are loosening and we’re seeing glimpses of normality for the first time since March. But as we approach the ‘new normal’ we need to consider what the next phase will look like. The phase that comes before normal will be a deciding factor in a business’s success with leaders needing a mix of complete focus, clear direction and extreme flexibility.
Over the course of the lockdown period, one thing has remained: businesses of all sizes have shared a desire to improve. Specifically, businesses have shown a willingness to digitise their operations. Video calls replaced meetings, cloud-based apps have replaced storage on a server and colleagues are more connected than they ever were working within the same four walls.
Businesses have gone through a ‘digital transformation’ without even knowing it. Working with agility and resilience, they’ve looked at new processes and marketing tools and adjusted the interface that they have with their customers. Small firms have taken their business online, increased their social media presence and have collaborated with other businesses to make these tools viable.
The question now is: as some employees return and some remain remote, can your office handle the increased digital load that you’ve worked so hard to adopt?
One of the essential workers which we’ve overlooked during lockdown is the South West’s IT businesses, who have been more in demand than ever. They have helped businesses to adopt new tools and now there is a new challenge on the horizon: get businesses ready to operate with the tools they now use and the bandwidth that’s now required to support flexible working. With better broadband, businesses will avoid reverting back to a life limited by poor internet connection.
The South West is lucky. It’s been gigabit enabled for years now and so the opportunity is there for businesses to be up and running in 6 weeks with world-class connectivity. The opportunity is there to enable businesses to maintain their innovations as more people return to the office. However, thousands are now going to experience an insufficient broadband network to operate in the new world.
So now, leaders need to move as a collective of businesses to demand more from our internet connectivity. It’s now much cheaper than even two years ago to have dedicated leased lines for businesses and even more so on the huge CityFibre network. However, the behemoths of digital connectivity don’t want you to know that or for us all to demand better connectivity - at a better price and across all the areas of the country.
While the country returns to normal, it’s time to work together to integrate the efficiencies which businesses have adopted while working remotely back into the office and now is the time to do it. Better broadband connectivity is the way to ensure success as we work to welcome the new normal.

Bristol Tech businesses launch jargon busting app
Triangle Networks and SeeThru Networks have joined forces to help the city cut through the jargon and confusion around internet support, as lockdown makes us more reliant than ever on our digital infrastructure.
We are please to be joining forces with our friends at SeeThru Networks as they release a public facing app, to offer users clear, accurate and easy to understand updates and information for their connectivity.
The SeeThru app also gives real time updates on the status of services such as Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams and Zoom - which have each soared in popularity during the current crisis, keeping us connected to colleagues, family and friends.
It is not uncommon for members of the public to find themselves confused by the internet, far more than their other household utilities. All too often, members of the public are ill-informed as to whether an issue lies at their end, or the end of the provider. For Triangle and SeeThru, transparency is at the heart of our motivation for the new app.
Paul Anslow, Managing Director of Triangle Networks commented:
“This is a major problem for smaller and mainstream internet service providers. All too often people are baffled by the jargon of connectivity and our mission is to create a more transparent and two way relationship between householders, businesses and their ISP.
“In recent weeks thousands of people nationwide lost internet access as services struggled to keep up with the weight of demand, with many customers taking to social media to voice their concerns with the responses and updates of internet providers.
Paul added: “People often feel frustrated by troubleshooting and vent those frustrations publicly, but a simplified, transparent approach, will help to change this and preserve valuable customer relationships.”
SeeThru Network’s Nick Randall commented:
“As someone in the field of tech services and support, I know how tricky it can be for customers to cut through all of the jargon and just get a plain layman's answer of what the problem is and why it’s happening.”
“We originally created this app for our partner Triangle Networks, building their operational experience into an automated platform to better diagnose customer Internet connectivity issues. Given the current state of play in the country, Triangle felt that opening it out to the wider public was absolutely the right thing to do. This will give consumers a diagnostic tool for the Internet that people can use to their own purposes, independent of a specific relationship with Triangle Networks."

100Km 10-Day Lockdown Challenge for Children’s Hospice South West – Bob Irwin of Triangle Networks
The Children’s Hospice South West is such a terrific cause and one that Bob Irwin and the Triangle Networks team have been supporting for some time. Last year Bob and colleague Jamie completed 12 half marathons in 12 months for the charity, raising over £3,000.
Having previously visited one of the CHSW facilities, the motivation for the fundraising was not difficult to find, visiting the grounds near Clevedon it is an emotional experience and one that impacted the team a great deal.
But with social distancing in place, many of this years’ fundraising activities are not possible. Bob decided he would continue to do what he could under the circumstances. The latest challenge being a tough task of a 10k run every day, for 10 days. Whilst no doubt the running will be difficult, being able to support this great charity at this time is something Bob feels strongly that he would like to continue doing.
Bob says, “The #BeIncredible campaign is something absolutely anyone and everyone should get involved in, whether that’s running or even making cakes… just get involved!”
Today Bob completed his 10th run and in doing so, the 100Km challenge!

Coders visit the home of code-cracking supported by Triangle Networks.
We were proud to be able to support the A-level students in their visit to Bletchley Park last month, as they completed a number of work experience sessions with various members of the Triangle Networks team.Guided by Iain Major of Clevedon School, the group have gained valuable experience during this programme, growing their understanding of how their role as developers and product technicians contributes to a company’s success, investigating the importance of data for businesses of all sizes.Their visit to Bletchley Park marked the end of their first year of a two-year A-Level in Computer Science. They learnt a great deal about the real-life challenges of the military in solving one of the most famous mathematical problems. No doubt this inquisitive and investigative group thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Bletchley Park, and the remainder of their time at Clevedon School. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to support them!
